• Arrive well rested and hydrated
• Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before the appointment
• Wear comfortable clothing that allows access to the tattoo area

• Valid ID required (18+ only).
• The final design must be confirmed prior to your appointment.
• Guests must not be pregnant or under the influence of alcohol.
• Certain medical conditions may require prior consultation.
• No downtime is required after the tattoo session.
• Avoid swimming, sun exposure, and excessive sweating for 7–10 days.
• Aftercare instructions will be provided.
• The final price may vary depending on size, placement, and design details.

• A cancellation up to 24 hours prior to departure of the tour entitles the guest to a 100% refund.
• Less than 24 hours prior to departure, the guest receives no refund unless due to illness accompanied by a valid doctor's statement.
• In case of illness, only the person who is ill will receive a 100% refund. Other participants within the same booking that cancel the tour will not receive a refund unless otherwise decided by the supplier depending on the circumstances.
• No-shows, or if you miss the tour because you are too late, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity will be charged the full price.
• In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances the tour will be rescheduled, if rescheduling is not possible or the new time is inconvenient for you, a full refund will be issued.
